We want you to love your Cozy House purchase.
If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
For purchases made online, UK consumers generally have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without needing to provide a reason. After notifying us, the goods generally need to be returned within a further 14 days.

If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a cancellation.
Once you have notified us, the item should be returned within 14 days.

Returned items should be:
Unused and in their original condition
Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible
Suitable for resale
Please note that you may be responsible for the cost of returning an item if you are cancelling because you have changed your mind, unless we have stated otherwise.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Clear photographs or videos showing the problem, where appropriate

We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.
UK consumers have legal rights regarding goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. These rights cannot simply be excluded by a store's return policy.

 

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund where applicable.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
Where a customer validly cancels an online order under the statutory cancellation rights, the standard delivery cost is generally refundable; an additional premium paid for a more expensive delivery option does not have to be refunded beyond the standard delivery cost.
